Created by a Teacher and Certified Menstrual Cycle Coach, Glow Girl is a safe, supportive and empowering program that explores the transformative power of menstruation and embracing our changing bodies.
Gone are the days of awkward “girl” talks and shying away from topics like periods, hygiene, and blood.
Through my school seminars and workshops, I aim to shift opinions and commons dreads about the menstrual cycle. My mission is to inspire young adolescents to deepen their body literacy, boost their confidence, and cultivate greater self-awareness.

Workshops are roughly 60 minutes and are aligned with the NSW Curriculum.
