Hi, Iâm Georgia
I believe that all women should be able to love their cycle and see how amazing it actually is.
Since coming off the pill at 24, I have spent the last 6 years learning to balance my hormones, bring balance to my cycle and to feel in control of my body and health.Â
My background in education and teaching is at the core of all I do. I believe that there is so much wisdom and knowledge that is not being talked about and shared.
I am here to do exactly that.Â
Â
About Me
I'm Georgia, also known as G, I'm an inner gypsy who loves spending time in nature whether itâs hiking or surfing, cooking a delicious curry or tackling some sort of creative DIY project.
I have a true love for travel and have been known to buy many âone wayâ international tickets with no plans but to just explore, hike and see what the world has to offer.
Not only do I love travelling internationally but the last few years have allowed me to embrace and travel Australia. My partner Tyler and our goldie Remi have spent the last 12 months visiting some truly magical places on our lap of Australia living out of our vintage caravan Florence. We currently are living on the Central Coast, NSW.

My Cycle Story
10 years ago my health journey began when I reflected on many unhealthy habits that had kicked in whilst travelling and embracing my early 20âs. I had a mindset shift and this allowed me to lose over 25kg and re-invent who I was as a person both physically and spiritually.
A deep connection to my cycle started 6 years ago when I started learning about hormonal contraception and the impact on my cycle and I quickly decided to find natural alternatives. I was craving connection to my body and it was giving me all of the signs to make a change. Throughout my journey I have also been able to reflect on how much stress and restriction I put on my body over the years.
This is why I value the importance of cyclical living and why I am so passionate about menstrual cycle awareness and education.
Who I work with?:
women in their 20's and 30's who:Â
➠feels she has lost her inner sparkle, her sensuality and creativity whilst being on HBC and is craving rituals to encourage this.
➠has or is about to come off hormonal birth control and is feeling daunted by the return of her menstrual cycle.
âžÂ is craving to be in control of her own menstrual cycle and not live âon the edgeâ unaware of when you period will come, dramatic mood swings or navigating PMS challenges.Â
âž is ready to implement lifestyle habits that support her bodyÂ
âž has left the doctor feeling deflated when asking to stop HBC, but is wanting to make a change. She wants knowledge about her cycle rather than muting it on hormonal birth control.Â
âžÂ is prepared to do the work now, and use this education throughout all life phases as a woman.Â
âž knows that this is a ongoing shift and not an overnight quick fix.Â
âž is ready to rewrite the narrative around her relationship with her menstrual cycle.

Start HereWhy choose me as your coach?
I became a cycle coach to be able to educate and support menstruators on a journey to guiding them back to themselves. In a busy, masculine world, so many of us have lost touch of who we truly are and our connection to self.
At 24 I came off hormonal birth control and it took a long year to get my cycle back. I was in a trap of over exercising, under eating and stressed in my full time job. You could say that this was a recipe for disaster for my reproductive health. Fast forward 6 years to now, Iâm 30 and absolutely in love with my cycle and all of its glorious power. This can be you too! (in a lot shorter amount of time though!)
