Menstrual health education is often overlooked or approached with shame, leading to confusion and insecurity. The Full Bloom workshops aim to break this cycle by creating a space where young people can ask questions, express themselves freely, and develop a deeper understanding of their bodies. Empowering them with this knowledge helps build confidence and promotes a healthy relationship with their own body. 

The workshops are interactive, using a mix of age specific educational content, guided discussions, and hands-on activities. Students will leave with practical knowledge on menstrual hygiene, emotional well-being, and how to advocate for their own health. Each session is designed to be engaging, positive, and supportive, ensuring that all participants feel comfortable and empowered throughout the experience.

These workshops provide a safe and supportive space to learn about menstruation, menstrual health, and how to embrace the cycle with knowledge and empowerment. Students will engage in interactive discussions, activities, and resources to foster a healthy, positive relationship with their bodies.

My workshops are designed one Primary School (ages 9-12) or High School (ages 13-16). There are no set rules for these sessions. I run session that are inclusive of all genders or can be specific to those experiencing or who will be soon experiencing their own menstrual cycle. 

Workshops can be scheduled throughout the school year, with flexible timing to fit into your schools schedules. We offer one-time sessions, as well as multi-session packages, depending on your school’s needs and preferences.
